Cancellation Policy
I practice a very thoughtful 24-hour policy for all scheduled meetings: All coaching meetings must be paid for and planned at least 24 hours before a meeting. Coaching sessions must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more before a scheduled session. Coaching sessions canceled by the client less than 24 hours before our meeting are not subject to rescheduling.
