Whether you are a new manager struggling with team and priority management or an executive in need of accountability and challenge, I support leaders at all levels with confidential, personalized coaching via Zoom or by phone. I work in 3 or 6 month packages.

Is your team struggling to communicate, build trust, or work proactively towards a common goal? I partner with various learning and development firms to facilitate inspiring and challenging team workshops to help build trust and create change.
LIFE COACHING
Many of us benefit from an experienced professional supporting, challenging, and holding us accountable in both our work and personal lives. I work closely with each client to provide customized coaching that meets them where they are. I tend to work on Zoom or by phone in 3 or 6-month packages.
WORKSHOP FACILITATION
If you have a group of leaders in need of skill development and/or team growth, I can bring engaging live, in-person facilitation to you. By partnering with quality learning and development design firms, I can help you design a leadership curriculum that meets the needs of your organization and its leaders.
ORGANIZATIONAL MINDFULNESS
In the age of workplace ADD and digital distraction, there has never been a greater need for mindfulness in the workplace. I provide customized mindfulness workshops and coaching, in person and virtually, to help you and your team increase clarity, focus, and productivity.
FRACTIONAL LEADERSHIP
Sometimes, a contract leader is needed to help your organization or team through a difficult transition or to provide additional support while hiring the right person for a full-time leadership role. I provide fractional leadership contracts in 3-month increments up to one year.
